How to Reserve The Pines at Windermere
To reserve the venue, please follow these steps:
Select Your Date:
Click on the desired date on the calendar to begin your reservation. All reservations are for the full day—from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
🔹 Note: The starting time of a reservation can only begin at 7:00 AM and is the only available time option when booking.
Enter Your Details:
After selecting the date, click the 7:00 AM time slot and complete the form with your event and contact information.Confirmation & Next Steps:

You must download and submit The Pines at Windermere Recreational Facility Rental Agreement at the time of booking.
